ISO10006:2003 , ISO 9001:2008 , ISO 14001:2004 , OHSAS 18001:2007
Based on technical experience and knowledge of its managers and experts, and to do requests of its employers, Ajand Construction Company has attempted to do its commitments in the best way. Senior Manager believes that manpower and personnel make up the main capital of this company, therefore it tries to prioritize constantly improving in all fields and establish managerial systems like ISO 9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO10006:2003 to protect this capital. In this way, the main missions of following senior management are as follows:

Obeying national and international rules and regulations in the field of managerial systems.
Considering commitments of employers:
Best-doing of temporal and qualitative commitments in its contracts with employers.
Increasing the level of satisfaction of employers.

Identifying related risks to projects and attempting to decrease their effects on the process of implementation.
Increasing the effectiveness of processes of managerial systems and constant movement toward constant improvement.

Respecting scientific personality and experiences of colleagues, improving the scientific-technical level of managers, experts and clerks via new educations and group collaboration.
Considering quality improvement of work security:
Planning and doing ordered and constant actions to prevent related events of work and control the harmful factors of work environment (chemical and physical).
Considering environment:
Planning and doing ordered and constant actions to prevent environmental pollutions (soil and air) and decreasing source consumption.
Considering values of work/ job culture:
Positive process, always respecting colleagues, unchangeable honesty, improving capabilities and colleague’s participation, making motivation and job satisfaction, group work, obeying and developing professional moral, positive relations and clear performances.
